Many of our schools and institutions assemble prominent leaders from our community to serve on Volunteer Boards or Councils. When you join a volunteer board or council, you help forge partnerships with members of our community and have the opportunity to serve the UT Health Science Center in a leadership capacity.

    The UT Health San Antonio Development Board Members lead by example through financial giving and advocacy to support UT Health’s philanthropic endeavors. Members attend regular meetings to hear updates from leadership and help foster goodwill to increase public awareness within the San Antonio community, South Texas and beyond.     Founded in 1983, the NAC supports the UT Health San Antonio School of Nursing by raising public awareness of nursing and nursing education. Members serve as advocates, participate in school events, and help attract top students, faculty, and leaders to the school. Learn more...

  • The Charles E. Cheever Jr. Center for Medical Humanities and Ethics Advisory Council
